Yay! I’ve achieved my first goal!

19 Jul

Today I am 65 and now qualify for the National Superannuation! I am no longer on an Invalid’s benefit – meaning I am no longer an ‘in valid’ person. I can now legitimately say I’m retired, whatever that means.

Two years ago there was real doubt that I would make it to this day. I am here and the world looks good.

    Hi Doug
Congratulations and welcome to the club! Now when people ask you what you do you can say that you are on the Government payroll.
We continue to pray for completion of your healing. God bless.

    Dear Doug

Great to know you are a retiree now. Looks like you are never going to retire from the Lord.
Admire your love for Jesus . You are a fighter more then anything. Many people will wallow in self pity. But for you i am so inspired by your faith and trust in the Living God. My wife and are will be praying for you.
thank you for the many lessons you taught us in church we have benifitted a great deal.
Truely nothing like serving the lord and making disciples is,nt it?
Hey you take care . We love you .
