A service of thanksgiving to God and celebration of Doug’s life will be held at Hope Community Church, Ranzau Road, Hope, Nelson, New Zealand at 14:00 - 17:00 on Tuesday, 11 October.

Bronwen and family. We reget that we cannot attend the celebration of Doug’s life. Our prayers are with you and we remember Doug as a godly man with many gifts and great warmth towards people. I was so sad to read of Doug’s death. My thoughts and prayers are with Bronwen and the family at this time. Doug’s help and enthusiasm on our arrival in Tasmania will always be remembered fondly. With love, Lisa
